If your child is selected to one of our rosters, you will be notified via email on which team your child was assigned. Parent meeting & uniform fitting will follow. It is mandatory that you attend the uniform fitting so that you receive your uniform in time for the start of the season. (UNIFORM FEES ARE DUE @ FITTING).

The following items are due at sign-up.

AAU Card: (upload a copy to website)

Your AAU card ties your child to our insurance policy. Each member is responsible for purchasing their AAU Card. Go to and click on “Join AAU”. You must purchase the “EXTENDED COVERAGE” option @ $16 for 1 year. Be sure to use Team Transition Club Code WYYW85.

Report Card: (upload a copy to website)

The events we play in require coaches to carry proof of grade for their players at all times.

This needs to be the most recent report card for the current school year.

Birth Certificate:  (upload a copy to website)

The events we play in also require coaches to carry proof of age for their players on them at all times. We will use web access for verification.

1. We offer a payment plan option of 3 payments. (auto pay required)


Uniform Fees:

We have a new uniform design this year; therefore all members (new & returning) will need to purchase a uniform package.

WE WILL USE THE SAME UNIFORM DESIGN FOR THE NEXT 2 SEASONS. 100% of uniform fee is due at sign-up. We need to get uniforms ordered right away to ensure that we receive them in a timely manner. ALL OTHER ITEMS MUST BE TURNED IN BEFORE YOUR CHILD CAN RECEIVE THEIR UNIFORM.
